Vladislav Vladimirovich Borisov (Russian: Владислав Владимирович Борисов; born 5 September 1978) is a Russian former cyclist.[1] He competed in the team pursuit at the 2000 and 2004 Olympics.

In 2007 he won the Russian National Road Race Championships.
