Tangrah (Persian: تنگ راه, also Romanized as Tangrāh, Tang-e Rāh, Tang-i-Rāh, and Tang Rāh; also known as Tangar)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Golestan Rural District of Loveh District, Galikash County, Golestan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,078 in 292 households, when it was in Qaravolan Rural District of the former Galikash District of Minudasht County.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,417 people in 370 households, by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Galikash County.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,325 people in 351 households.[2]
