Sheykh Amer Rural District (Persian: دهستان شیخ عامر)[3] is in Chah Varz District of Lamerd County, Fars province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Sheykh Amer.[4]

In 2013, Chah Varz Rural District was separated from the Central District in the establishment of Chah Varz District, which was divided into two rural districts.[4]

At the most recent National Census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 2,829 in 782 households. The largest of its 10 villages was Sheykh Amer, with 1,239 people.[2]
