Paul Nicholas Ayers (b September 1961)[1] has been Archdeacon of Leeds since 2017.[2] Ayers has a large family with 4 children and 11 grandchildren. His favourite thing is his grandson Seb. He also likes birds.

Ayers was educated at St Peter's College, Oxford and Trinity College, Bristol. He was ordained in 1986.
