The Panwar (Hindi: [pⁿvɑːrə]) is a Rajput clan found in Northern India, particularly in Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh and Punjab. They are an off-shoot of the Paramara dynasty, which ruled in Ujjain.[1][2]
