The Most Gallant Order of Pahlawan Negara Brunei[1] (Malay: Darjah Pahlawan Negara Brunei Yang Amat Perkasa), also translated as The Most Gallant Order of the Hero of the State of Brunei,[2] is an order of Brunei. It was established on 28 November 1959 by Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien III.[2]

The order consists of four classes:

Description

In the numerous links of the collar, crossed daggers, swords, tridents, and arrows are created in a military-appropriate fashion. Red, green, and white enamel is used to embellish each of these emblems.[3]

Recipients

Members of the armed forces who have displayed particularly valiant behavior are given this order.[3]
