The O-40 Championship (Japanese: O-40王座, Hepburn: Ōbā Fōtī Ōza) is a professional wrestling championship in the Japanese promotion DDT Pro-Wrestling. The title was established in 2019 by Super Sasadango Machine in order to provide a title for wrestlers over 40 years old.[1][2] As of March 21, 2023, there have been a total of four reigns held between four different champions and a vacancy. Makoto Oishi is the current champion in his first reign[3]
