Manisha Panwar, born on February 10,1980, in Jodhpur, emerged from the esteemed Parmar (Rajput clan) of Ravana Rajput's.

Her journey began with a profound academic pursuit, culminating in the completion of a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in History from Jai Narayan Vyas University in Jodhpur in 2001. Manisha is the daughter of late Shri Ram Singh Arya, Deputy Minister of Universal Arya Pratinidhi Sabha, and late Smt. Pushpa Goyal, a dedicated homemaker.
