Kut-e Abdollah Rural District (Persian: دهستان كوت عبدالله) is in the Central District of Karun County, Khuzestan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Mozaffariyeh.[3]

At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of the Central District of Ahvaz County) was 91,299 in 16,921 households.[4] There were 89,477 inhabitants in 20,224 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 14,799 in 4,130 households, by which time the rural district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Karun County.[3] The largest of its 19 villages was Jongiyeh (since merged with other villages in the establishment of the city of Rabi,[6] with 4,644 people.[2]
