Julio Cesar Mendoza Loor (born 8 April 1979) is an Ecuadorian dressage rider.[1] He competed at the 2018 World Equestrian Games in Tryon, North Carolina as the first Ecuadorian dressage rider. He competed also at three Pan American Games. He won individual and team gold during the Bolivarian Games in 2017 and 2022, as well as an individual gold at the 2023 Pan American Games.

Since 2007, Mendoza Loor lives in Tryon, North Carolina, United States of America.[2]
