Gel-e Sefid (Persian: گلسفيد; also known as Gil Sifīd)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Gel-e Sefid Rural District of the Central District of Langarud County, Gilan province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 920 in 316 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 851 people in 317 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 694 people in 286 households.[2]
