Production

The documentary film "Force of Nature Natalia" is a year-long portrayal of the life of Natalia Osipova, an accomplished dancer and principal of the Royal Ballet. The documentary covers her preparation for her fifth season as a principal dancer, her work with renowned contemporary choreographers, and provides access to her personal archive.[7] The film also showcases her rehearsal process for two new dance works – "The Mother" by Arthur Pita and "Medusa" by Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui. Furthermore, the documentary captures Natalia Osipova in action as she performs both lead roles in Natalia Makarova's classic production of "La Bayadere" for the Royal Ballet.[5]
