Epiphragmophora is a genus of air-breathing land snails, terrestrial pulmonate gastropod mollusks in the subfamily Epiphragmophorinae.[1]

It occurs exclusively in South America, and is distributed in Perú, Bolivia, Paraguay and Argentina, with isolated occurrences in southern Colombia and southern Brazil. This genus is known to be a typical component of the Andean fauna, although it inhabits elevated cloud rainforest areas and flatlands in Argentina and Bolivia.[2]
