Cintractia is a genus of fungi belonging to the family Anthracoideaceae.[2] It was first described by Marie Maxime Cornu in 1883.[1][3]

It was formerly placed in the family Cintractiaceae.[4] The genus has cosmopolitan distribution.[4]
