The Battle of Bamiyan was a battle between the Tajik supporters of Habibullah Kalakani and the Hazara forces led by their local chiefs. It resulted in a victory for the Tajiks and the Hazaras were ransacked and massacred.[1]

Battle

The Hazaras in general were against Habibullah Kalakani and showed rane towards Amanullah Khan, This situation did not disturb political conditions of Hazarajat in general. However, in Tagaw Bamiyan, where the population was Tajiks and supporters of Kalakani, There was a danger of Bloodshed. When Habibullah Kalakani heard about the threat of Tajiks being overrun by Hazaras. He alongside his forces went to bamiyan and successfully defeated the Hazaras and saved the lives of the Tajiks.[1]
