Basilio Rieno Socoliche (born 16 November 2004)[1] is an Equatorial Guinean professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Premier League club Burnley F.C. (in the Burnley F.C. Academy) and the Equatorial Guinea national football team.
Career
Basilio formerly played for the Crystal Palace academy, before signing with Burnley on a two-year deal for the 2023–24 season.[2] Rieno helped the Burnley U21 draw 3–3 with Brentford.[3] He scored in the 4–3 win against Leicester City.[4]
International career
Rieno was called up to play for the Equatorial Guinea national team, and was a substitute in the 1–0 win over Tunisia.[5]
