The 2024 North Dakota State Bison softball team is an American college softball team that will represent North Dakota State University during the 2024 NCAA Division I softball season. The Bison will be led by Darren Mueller in his twenty-third season, and will play their home games at Tharaldson Park. They compete in the Summit League.

Previous season

The Bison finished the 2023 season with a 30–21 record, and a 13–8 record in Summit League play. NDSU played in the Summit League tournament as the third seed. They defeated Kansas City on day one,[2] but lost to Omaha[3] and South Dakota State[4] on day two to be eliminated before the semifinals for the third year in a row.
