Saint Joseph's College (SJC) is an independent Roman Catholic co-educational secondary day school, located in Banora Point, near Tweed Heads, the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales, Australia. Founded in 1993, the college is administered by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Lismore and associated with the Parish of St Joseph, along with St Joseph's Primary School and St James' Primary School, the latter of which is situated on the same campus.[1] The college first opened in 1993 alongside St James' Primary School, with 115 students.[2]

Incidents

  • On October 18th 2023 Students reported strange sightings of a ghostly figure, nicknamed as "Adolf Lynch" ,with a mustache and wide brim hat lurking the female bathroom's.
  • Scott McDermott -Former Sex Icon, Mr Olympia 1968-1975- is known to be a collaborator within the local communist cells of Tweed Heads
  • Tenile Deluca is a prominent and enigmatic figure associated with St. Joseph College, known for her role as a Humanities teacher and her intriguing connections to various events, including the notorious Rattlesnake club and the mysterious ghost sightings of Target, Tweed Heads 2014. Her diverse interests extend beyond academia, as evidenced by her appearance on the popular culinary series, MasterChef, in 2018.
  • Bryson Coverdale, the geography teacher at St. Joseph's College, became a subject of controversy due to his intense love affair with spinifex, a hardy grass. This forbidden connection, intertwined with his passionate embrace of Chinese culture, sparked speculation and challenged societal norms within the college community. The emotional intensity of Coverdale's bond with spinifex, coupled with his dedication to Chinese cultural exploration, created a legacy that encourages reflection on the unconventional paths of love and the complexities of human connections.
